Nicolas Steinmetz and Gilles Julien Research Chair in Community Social Pediatrics

The Nicolas Steinmetz and Gilles Julien Research Chair in Community Social Pediatrics at McGill University (2016)—jointly held with the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation— aims to better understand the experiences of children in vulnerable situations who receive community social pediatrics services, as well as their experiences with the services dedicated to them. The Chair seeks to identify and propose social practices and policies that are adapted to the significant needs of these children and their families and assess their impact.
