Since 2008, Élizabeth Gagnon and the Club de tricot de Radio-Canada raise funds every year. This project from retired Radio-Canada employees has more and more success. Together, they created a facebook page where more people joined them. Everywhere in Quebec, they knit hats, scarfs, mittens, etc.
They now have more than 150 knitters that create little pieces of hapiness to raise funds for the Fondation Dr Julien. In 2019, they raised $31,500 by selling their pieces in Montreal markets. More importantly, they keep children warm by donating some of the clothes they make!
